Michael has worked as an architect for 30 years. Before establishing McCabe Architects in 2002, he was a director of Peddle Thorp, a large multi-disciplined commercial international practice, where he was employed for 15 years. Throughout his career, Michael has worked on a diverse range of projects of multiple scales and levels of complexity. He oversees the delivery of all projects across all phases, and leads for the initial briefing and design stage of all projects. He regularly provides expert design evidence at VCAT and Panel hearings.

Andrew has worked with McCabe Architects since 2004. He is responsible for project design and design development, and has worked on a large range of projects of different sizes and complexities. Andrew’s skill set lies in architectural problem solving and visualisation, with a focus on high quality design outcomes.

Paulina is a highly skilled designer and has had many years experience in numerous facets of the design industry. Paulina has an excellent understanding of the design process and is extremely passionate about working with and understanding her clients and their projects.

Celia has worked with McCabe Architects since undertaking architectural and landscape design studies at The University of Adelaide. As a Project Architect, Celia is involved in all aspects of project delivery, including concept design, graphic presentation, design development, and construction documentation. She liaises extensively with clients, consultants, and statutory authorities and has extensive experience across a varied range commercial and sporting fit-outs, public housing and retirement villages.
